When a major event comes to Munich, the city fills up. Trade fairs at Messe München in Riem, such as bauma, BAU, EXPO REAL, electronica or IFAT, draw visitors and exhibitors from around the world; hotels are full and taxis are hard to find at closing time. PIRI plans transport for events of every size — from one chauffeur for a keynote speaker to a programme with several vehicles for an exhibitor’s whole team.
For conferences, summits and corporate events we look at the whole schedule: arrivals at the airport, transfers between hotel and venue, evening events and departures.
